Editing a decision never changes what the endpoint serves. Saving writes a draft; Publish makes it the live version and archives the previous one. Every version is immutable once published.
  • The endpoint always serves the live version.
  • Pass options.version to call a specific version, live or not — useful to compare a draft with production from your own tooling.
  • Make live again on an archived version rolls back in one click.
Behavior settings (threshold, uncertainty policy, engine, PII detection, timeout) live on the decision, not on the version, and apply immediately.

Test cases

A test case is an input and an expected result: an expected choice for route decisions, a score range for score decisions, the expected labels for classify decisions. Templates ship with a few; add yours from the Tests tab, or from any run in the history with Add as test case. Run all replays every case against the draft (or the live version if there is no draft) and shows a summary: cases passed, average confidence. Run it before publishing; run it again after rewriting a description.
Test runs count toward your quota and appear in the history tagged as playground runs.
